NORTHWEST: Freshly prepared seafood, meats, fruits and vegetables, changing with the season.

INTERNATONAL:  Authentic ethic dishes including European, Mediterranean, South American, Asian.

REGIONAL AMERICAN:  Southwestern, Cajun, Heartland, Eastern Seaboard and more.

OUTDOOR:  Corporate picnics and barbecues.

CREATIVE DIETARY OPTIONS:  Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free

 

BARS

HOSTED:  Client is charged on guest's per drink consumption. 

NO-HOST CASH:  Guests are charged on a cash/card basis.

LIMITED HOSTED:  Guests are issued script tickets in the number you request.

CLIENT PROVIDES ALCOHOL:  Client is charged a bar fee of $4.50 per guest plus the hourly cost of a bartender. This charge covers our OLCC licensing and liquor liability insurance, as well as bar set-up which includes ice, serving equipment and tubs for chilling beverages. An unattended bar is not an option.

DELILAH'S CATERING SUPPORTS RESPONSIBLE DRINKING: We reserve the right to request a legal I.D. of any guest who appears under 30 years of age and to refuse service to anyone without proper identification or who appears visibly intoxicated. All beverages will be dispensed by our OLCC licensed bartenders.

 

SERVICES

STAFF:  Professional waiters, licensed bartenders, chefs for on-site cooking and carving.

TABLE SETTINGS:  China, flatware, glassware, linen, centerpieces.

THE BONES:  Tables, chairs, dance floors, canopies, tents and umbrellas in many styles.
